on new years eve several years ago, I peeled five pounds of this delicious fruit. I painstakingly removed almost every veiny-white piece that didn’t belong there. I separated each one carefully and ran my ex-wife a bubble bath littered with the wedges of tangerine…. thanks for the reminder that I used to be sort of cool.
